» papa_pluto - Electrical problem involving ASD

I have been working on a 1995 Plymouth Neon with a SOHC 4 cylinder engine. Error codes pointed out a bad camshaft positioning sensor and ASD error. I do not believe that this would cause the ASD to activate but am not sure. In all honesty, I am not even sure what exactly the ASD is and the Haynes manual gives next to no information on it. The ASD relay is good. (horn relay is same part and horn worked before and after, and ASD relay allowed the horn to work) My first question is would this problem cause the ASD to shut down? My other problem is that the coil pack and fuel injectors are not receiving power. The wires are good. The junction block for the power wires is receiving power. My second question is could this involve the ASD, and if so, is there a way to reset it? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
